Delete account

To request the permanent deletion of your Bigwigbig account and all related personal data:

1. Send an email to **info@bigwigbig.com**  

2. Use the subject line: **Delete My Account**  

3. In the email, please include the email address or order number linked to your account.

Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days of receiving your request.  

If you have any pending orders, please allow them to be completed or canceled before requesting deletion.
